If you have held onto a Circuit City gift card a little too long (i.e. until after the national big-box electronics retailer went belly up and stopped accepting them), then Carmel area hhgregg, and its other Indy-area stores, are offering somewhere to spend your un-used card value.
Until April 1, the national electronics retailer, with its mega-store at 96th and Keystone, will honor the full value of any active Circuit City gift card. The catch is that the value on the card cannot exceed 20 percent of your total sale in the store. In other words, consider it a 20-percent discount on your purchase. For instance, a $100 gift card would be most valuable on a purchase of $500.
